Property offices: association managers, property managers, brokerages, owners

Your office is already using AI.
Nobody trained it.

Practical AI for the offices that run property: community association managers, residential and commercial property managers, real-estate brokerages, and owners who manage their own buildings. Half a day, hands-on, on the tools you already have, with a written policy that keeps owner, tenant and client data where it belongs.

58%of property-management professionals already use AI at work
8%have a written AI policy
26%ever received formal training

IREM and AppFolio survey of 3,662 property-management professionals, May–June 2026. Among real-estate agents, the top barrier to using AI is the learning curve, at 63% (National Association of Realtors, 2026 Technology Report).

The problem

More records, more email, no rules for the tools

Florida's 2025 condo law (HB 913) and the January 2026 records-posting rule for associations of 25 or more units added document and communication work to every association office. Official records are due within 10 working days, estoppel certificates within 10 business days. Property managers, brokerages and owner-operators carry the same load in a different shape: tenant and client email, leases and listings, vendor bids, and the documents behind every decision. In every one of these offices, staff are already pasting emails, ledgers and contracts into AI tools to keep up, usually without anyone having decided what is allowed.

The workshop

What your staff leave with

  • Records and document requestsFrom request to produced file inside the statutory clock, with a checklist and a log. For brokerages and owners: the same discipline for lease, listing and closing documents.
  • Owner, tenant and client emailReplies in the office's tone, facts checked against the governing documents or the lease, clear escalation rules.
  • Letters, notices, listings and minutesFirst drafts from your own templates, reviewed before anything goes out.
  • Vendor bidsSide-by-side comparison and the summary for the board or the owner.
  • Budgets, reserves and SIRSPlain-language explanations that owners, tenants and clients understand.
  • Three verification habitsSo nobody relies on an answer that is wrong.

Every exercise runs on Claude or ChatGPT. The session says plainly when a free plan can't do something.
